WELL GUITARS ARE ALOT LIKE WOMAN SOME HAVE GREAT BODIES AND LOOK GREAT AND OTHER HAVE SHITTY BODIES AND DON'T WORK WELL. NOT SAYING LOOKS ALWAYS MATTER I MEAN A 57 FENDER STRAT THAT BEAT TO HELL SOUNDS GREAT YA KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

I normally use heavy guage GHS strings - after I keep 'em in the freezer overnight.

Dean Markley Blue Steels...no need to freeze em...
they take a long time to stretch and dirty..
and i guess me in as well...im a big fan of a nice set of num-nums....

Well I used to use Blue Steel but the tone just wont hold up. I mean I like nickle strings only. XL's may not last as long as Blue Steels but the tone of nickle last so much longer and XL's are only like 3.99 aposed to 7 8 dollors you put out for dean M's. So to sum up this talk you get more tone and more $$$ in you wallet yes I admit the Blue Steels last longer but I like sounding better. But hey what ever floats your boat. I know guys that swear up and down that Parker guitars sound the best and are great but I think they are ulgly as sin therefore I wont purchase one. Catch my drift.
